1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the betphil platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with betphil's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the betphil platform and close your betphil account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and betphil with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a betphil account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations as administered by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay, unless betphil expressly permits access from other jurisdictions.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of betphil, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the betphil platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid government-issued identification.

betphil reserves the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one betphil account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betphil login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your betphil account and not reuse it across other platforms.
• Never share your betphil login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your betphil account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify betphil's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

betphil will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. All transactions completed using your betphil login credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified betphil of a security breach.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

betphil accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. betphil does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated betphil account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your betphil account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to betphil's anti-money laundering procedures.
• betphil reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds declarations.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• betphil reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of fraud, AML, or responsible gaming investigations.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

betphil offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General bonus terms applicable to all betphil promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible betphil players only. betphil reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Abuse: betphil reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived therefrom if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or exploitation of software errors.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your betphil account without notice.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the betphil platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

betphil uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers subject to independent auditing. betphil does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, betphil reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's betphil account. betphil's decision in such matters is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betphil platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the betphil platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the betphil platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the betphil platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Accessing the betphil platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your betphil account.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.

8 Responsible Gaming

betphil is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from your betphil account settings.

betphil strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in compliance with Philippine law. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source, subject to verification.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the betphil platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of betphil or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the betphil platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the betphil platform without the prior written consent of betphil.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betphil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the betphil platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if betphil has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

betphil's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betphil account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betphil does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the betphil platform at your own risk.

11 Amendments to These Terms

betphil reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betphil will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their betphil account, or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the betphil platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your betphil account before the effective date.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with betphil informally by contacting our support team. betphil will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving written notice.

betphil operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Complaints that cannot be resolved directly with betphil may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution channels.
